When you have Godly character and integrity, you are a strong opponent against the devil and you frustrate the plans of the enemy against you. He will try a different strategy and use people to frustrate you and fulfil his plan in your life, people who don’t even know that they’re being used by the devil but somehow have allowed themselves to be pawns. People who still need to develop their character. Walk in maturity and fight the right enemy. Have grace for, and pray for those who are still developing in character because we want more people on God’s team. Remember it all comes down to only two opponents. God’s team and the enemy’s team. Which side do you want to be on? Then behave like it!
Reflection: Developing Godly character means you look and behave more like Jesus and less like the old you because you acknowledge that you are made in the image of God.
Prayer: Lord, we thank you for calling us higher to walk in Godly character. You alone Lord are our example of Godly character. Prevent us from being used as pawns by the enemy, but have your way in us and let us see who we truly are in you.
