As I sat with The Lord to seek how He will be moving in the lives of the children of God in 2020, He revealed to me it will be a year of new assignments and new alignments. In a dream, I saw an angel standing behind a podium in a big room filled with many believers from nations all around the world. The angel stood extraordinarily tall, he resembled the countenance of a judge and with him, he had a brown book. As the people walked through the door, to some he handed a sheet of paper from the book. Written on the papers were new assignments that he handed out. To others, he requested the shoes they had been walking in be returned and then swapped it for a new, more beautiful pair. Many were confused and disappointed at first why they had to hand in their shoes, when they were clearly not done with them, but surprised and amazed to be given an even more beautiful pair. God Is handing out new assignments to the children of God, to accelerate them into their God given destinies. When you find yourself suddenly being moved into a new job, new role, new calling, new ministry, do not despair. This is the season where The Father will REPOSITION his children to do even greater works in the earth. If you have been busy with something The Lord tasked you with, don’t be disappointed when He brings it to an end or recalls it, for you are being REPOSITIONED FOR ACCELERATION. ” Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your path.” (Proverbs 3:5-6) The children of God will be taken into new alignments. New advisors, teachers and coaches will all be a part of this great new alignment to prepare and release you into your calling. The Lord wants to establish His plan for your life, for your destiny, and it will take faith and obedience to step through the door that is opening before you, even when complete understanding of what is waiting on the other side is not fully revealed to you. RISING UP OF THE SEERS The Lord is opening up the eyes of those who seek Him in truth and love, the friends of God, to see beyond what the natural eyes can see. Heavenly beings will be seen, an influx of angelic encounters will be heard of upon the earth. Angels on assignments have been dispatched to help further the work of The Kingdom. Demonic strategies will be revealed to the Seers to engage the body of Christ in warfare against the enemy’s plans. SAUL ENCOUNTERS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE Dark places that looked hopeless will start to radiate light but beware darkness will try to enter the places of light. The Lord is making His reverence known in the darkest of places, we will hear of numerous encounters like Saul’s encounter on the road to Damascus. Radical transformations in people who were walking in opposition to God, those who were tearing down the Kingdom will suddenly encounter Jesus, and in a moment become a builder of The Kingdom of God. Places we least expected to see the light shine through will now be highlighted as places that God is transforming and moving in an unexpected way. Many will tell of their sudden change of heart, change of lifestyle and hunger for God. The enemy is not happy with people being pulled out of the pit and will try to counteract this move of God by bringing darkness into the light places. Organizations that hold Christian values, education systems, and many people who were seen as pure of heart will be seduced by the enemy and blind to the web the enemy is spinning in these sectors. The enemy wants to move in the area of bringing confusion to Christian mindsets by re – presenting the Unholy as Holy. As you stay close to The Father, He will give insight to that which the enemy is plotting against the Body of Christ, and against your city. He will prepare and position you to stand against the darkness, that you may be the salt and light of the earth. BE STRONG AND OF GOOD COURAGE As God re-positions you in a new role, more authoritative position, something far greater than you have planned or envisaged for yourself, do not feel unprepared or unqualified to handle the task ahead, for the Lord has already prepared you where you were, for where you are going. Where He sends you, is where He knows you are prepared to be. “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage, do not be, afraid, nor dismayed, for The Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Deuteronomy 3:16) Enjoy the move, enjoy being established in the new area where The Lord needs you to move into. You will take territory for The Lord and many will see through you, the Father’s love and splendour for those who hear and obey with all their heart. If you want to experience Abba Father on a greater way in the year ahead, and if you really desire to have less of you and more of Him, then let these two words manifest in your life, INTIMACY and OBEDIENCE. “Obedience is better than sacrifice and submission better than offering the fat of rams” (1Samuel 15:22-24) It is through intimacy that The Father reveals His heart to us and His desires for our life, and when we make Him our first love, His desires for our life become our desires. Once He gives you the download, the next step is really to just be OBEDIENT and step into your God given destiny.]]>
