THE CHURCH IS GOING TO LOOK DIFFERENT IN THIS NEW ERA

NEW WINESKIN, NEW LOOK God is giving the church a new wineskin and the church is going to look very different in this new era. As I was praying in the Spirit, the Lord started to talk to me about what changes we can expect to see in His Church in this new Era. I heard the Lord say, “Don’t frown when you see who is seated next to you in church.”   Then a vision was given to me of a young woman dressed in black clothes with black nail polish, black lipstick and black eye makeup, seated in church next to a very prim and proper man in a suit. Immediately I recognized her to be a Satanist. Then I saw a man with filthy clothes, soaked with mud enter the church and take a seat in the congregation. He smelt and looked like he had been in a pig sty and as he took a seat in church, many people moved up a seat to be further away from him. Then I heard The Lord say again, “Do not frown when you see who is seated next to you in church. Instead open your arms and receive My lost ones and My prodigals, for in this hour they will be coming back home.” What an exciting time for the Church to see the lost returning to The Lord, those that were offended with The Church and left are coming back. Satanists will receive God in a moment of encounter with Him and fall in love with Him. Atheists will see God’s hand in their lives. Parents will be joyously coming to church with their children that they have been praying for, for many years to receive Jesus. Testimony after testimony will be heard of how people encountered God in the season of the pause and their lives were reset with him as the focus. An influx of healing testimonies will be heard from pulpits, on social media, in our homes, at our workplaces, in the schools. I am so excited!   Last year God spoke to me about how He was going into the darkest of places and moving in the most unexpected ways. Since then, we have heard of many Hollywood celebrities come to God. Start their own church movement. The lost were suddenly raising the roof with praise to God. We are going to see more of this. The voice of those who were once lost are going to get louder in the Church. Many will frown upon this. Many will feel offended by this but friend, God’s word to prepare us for this season is to guard our hearts and to flow with the new move He is bringing.   There is much to be learned from the story of the prodigal son in this season. We see that when the son returned home, his father generously and extravagantly welcomed his son home. (Luke 15:22-24). Let us be like the father who was ready to receive his son as he was. Let us not get offended and move up a seat in church when the prodigals and lost come home to take their seats in their Father’s house.   THE ‘LOST ONE’S’ WILL RAISE THE ROOF IN CHURCH WITH SHOUTS OF PRAISE God is going to raise up the voice of those who were once lost but have come back to Him to speak on platforms, to sing in stadiums, to reach the world with their story of encountering God. Now if you have been in the church and serving faithfully, guard your heart when you see that it’s him on that platform and not you. Don’t speak against the way God wants to move. Guard your heart that it may not be filled with offense and jealousy. Remember that when someone gets filled with the Holy Spirit, they get all of the Holy Spirit, irrespective of their age or how many church services they have attended. They don’t get a lesser portion than the person that was filled with the Holy Spirit 30 years ago. So, if suddenly someone that’s new in church is operating at a higher level than you, celebrate with them because we each have a call and a different measure in which we will operate in the Kingdom. Keep your eye on the mission and not who has better weapons than you! The mission is to save souls and bring people into God’s house.   GOD IS PREPARING OUR HEARTS FOR HIS NEW MOVE I am reminded of the woman that the scribes and Pharisees wanted to stone for adultery in John 8:1-11. They wanted to judge her for her sin even though they themselves were not without sin. But look at how Jesus responded, with love and compassion and kindness. He did not embarrass her and expect her to serve a period of punishment for sinning. He said,” Neither do I condemn you, go and sin no more’”. So then why do some of us expect that when the lost come home they must first be reprimanded, made to feel guilty and then we must witness their remorse before we accept them back. Friends this is not the way of God, neither should it be our ways. We who are loved by God, should love like He loves. God is merciful, forgiving, kind, gentle and He is ready, oh so ready to receive His children into His house. “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take you in, or naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick or in prison, and come to You? And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My Brethren, you did it to me.’ (Matthew 25:37-40)   Even now as we sit in our homes, waiting for lockdown to be over the Holy Spirit is busy doing a work in us. The Holy Spirit is not in lockdown! He is moving amongst God’s people preparing their hearts, for the new move of God. He is preparing our hearts to receive the prodigals. Have you noticed how He seems to be uprooting some old issues of offence, insecurity, unforgiveness and jealousy that we thought we may have dealt with but haven’t completely dealt with? He is not punishing us and He is not judging us as many are feeling. No, He is refining us and removing all the impurities that should not be in us and He is doing this so He can use us in the new move that is coming. If you are going through some kind of purification right now, I want you to rejoice because you are going to come out like gold. Reflecting light wherever you go! God has a purpose and a destiny for you.   THE SPIRIT OF REVIVAL WILL MOVE IN UNEXPECTED WAYS The Lord showed me that Prayer hubs and unconventional churches are going to be popping up in countries all over the world. We are going to hear of more and more home churches, unconventional church gatherings, garage meetings. Even workplace ministries are going to be set ablaze. Our idea of Church is going to be given a new perspective. The Church is not just a building that Christians occupy, but it is a People with the Love of Christ that go out to do the will of The Father in the earth. Now, this is no reason to not be at your local church where God has placed you. God wants us in that building too but He is expanding His reach and we will see alongside church buildings, will also be these unconventional church gatherings that are going to be part of the new move. Prayer hubs will arise everywhere, schools, businesses, universities, in people’s gardens. What a spectacular sight. We are on the verge of a spiritual awakening and God requires us as His sons and daughters to stand at the door with arms wide open to embrace the newcomers and those coming back home. Keep your eyes up, Heaven is planning a welcome party and we are going to see God’s glory manifest in the earth!]]>
